Privacy
Collect less. Explain clearly. Protect what matters.
This notice explains how the public DevFloHQ site and invitation-only application currently handle information.
Public website
The public website does not currently provide public account creation or collect contact-form submissions into a DevFloHQ database. The contact form prepares a message in your own email application. Information you choose to send is handled through email.
Authorized application accounts
DevFloHQ application access is currently invitation-only. Account email addresses are used for authentication, password recovery, and linking authorized users to their organization’s workspace.
Organization data
Organizations decide what appropriate development information to enter. Each organization should avoid information it is not authorized to store and should not enter sensitive medical, client, employee, payment-card, or program-participant data unless a future written agreement and approved system design specifically supports it.
Service providers
DevFloHQ currently relies on Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for database and authentication services, and GitHub for source-code hosting. Those providers process technical information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Questions and deletion requests
To ask what information is associated with an authorized account or request deletion, contact Nick at nick.rossi410@gmail.com.
